User Support Specialist

Resposibilities: • Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues related to workstations, printers, peripherals, and operating systems. • Manage and resolve user requests and incidents in ITSM systems in accordance with ITIL processes. • Configure and maintain user accounts, access rights, and identity management solutions, including M365 services. • Troubleshoot and resolve networking, system access, and application interoperability issues. • Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and cooperation with internal IT teams. Requirements: • Excellent practical knowledge of end-user IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and peripherals. • Excellent practical knowledge of workstation operating systems. • Practical knowledge of identity and access management. • Practical knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting. • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services. • Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools. • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
