Nasze wymagania: Minimum 4 years of professional experience after education, including at least 2 years in a similar role Excellent practical knowledge of enterprise-class audio video conferencing solutions (hardware and software) Experience in large-scale design, deployment, administration, maintenance, and support of AV conferencing systems Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and quality of service (QoS) for audio/video Practical experience with Cisco collaboration solutions (Cisco Boards, Room Kits, Room Bars), Microsoft Surface Hub, Cisco Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams, CUCM, and Webex Control Hub English proficiency at C1 level Experience with simultaneous interpretation solutions Strong practical knowledge of Cisco Webex Control Hub administration Background in sound engineering, recording engineering, or audio engineering is an advantage Ability to create and maintain technical documentation O projekcie: In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Audio Video Conferencing Engineer to support and manage a modern digital workplace environment. The role focuses on enterprise-class AV conferencing solutions, including both hardware and software platforms such as Cisco and Microsoft collaboration tools. Location: Warsaw (100% onsite) Type of employment: B2B contract or standard employment cobtract Project languages: English Zakres obowiązków: End-to-end management of large-scale audio video conferencing solutions throughout the full service lifecycle Daily administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV conferencing services Supporting end users in the effective use of audio video conferencing tools Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including policies, technical documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles Advising, proposing, and implementing configuration improvements, upgrades, and changes to maximize availability, usability, and security while following latest technology trends Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor Oferujemy: Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
