O projekcie: As a Wi-Fi Support Specialist – Network Operations, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution committed to delivering seamless network and telecommunication services across numerous countries. You will play a crucial role in supporting Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, and driving continuous improvements to maintain top-tier service quality. Zakres obowiązków: Support Wi-Fi incidents globally and provide expert resolution to ensure minimal service disruption. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Incident Management, during crisis situations to coordinate swift recovery efforts. Work as part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC), contributing to incident analysis and problem solving alongside diverse teams of engineers and vendors. Drive down infrastructure outages and prevent recurrence through proactive monitoring and improvements. Assist in Post Incident Reviews, ensuring root causes are identified and actionable strategies are implemented. Collaborate with service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met and foster continuous service improvements.
