Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: This role is focused on supporting global WiFi/WLAN services and resolving network incidents in an international IT environment. It combines hands on troubleshooting, cooperation with global support teams, and involvement in incident/problem management processes. Wymagania: - Experience in network support, NOC or WiFi/WLAN support.- Good understanding of network fundamentals, protocols and topologies.- Practical experience in troubleshooting wireless/network incidents.- Knowledge of Incident & Problem Management processes.- Familiarity with ITIL based operations.- Ability to work with technical teams, vendors and service providers.- Good communication skills and English for daily work. Codzienne zadania: - Handling and troubleshooting WiFi/WLAN incidents. - Cooperating with NOC, L2/L3 support, Incident Management and external providers. - Supporting global teams during major incidents and service outages. - Helping identify recurring network issues and reduce repeat failures. - Taking part in post incident reviews and service improvement activities. - Making sure network operations follow agreed standards and processes.
