WiFi & WLAN Support Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Experience in network support, NOC or WiFi/WLAN support. Good understanding of network fundamentals, protocols and topologies. Practical experience in troubleshooting wireless/network incidents. Knowledge of Incident & Problem Management processes. Familiarity with ITIL based operations. Ability to work with technical teams, vendors and service providers. Good communication skills and English for daily work. Mile widziane: Experience with network monitoring tools. Background in global IT operations. Experience working in Agile/ITIL environments. O projekcie: This role is focused on supporting global WiFi/WLAN services and resolving network incidents in an international IT environment. It combines hands on troubleshooting, cooperation with global support teams, and involvement in incident/problem management processes. Zakres obowiązków: Handling and troubleshooting WiFi/WLAN incidents. Cooperating with NOC, L2/L3 support, Incident Management and external providers. Supporting global teams during major incidents and service outages. Helping identify recurring network issues and reduce repeat failures. Taking part in post incident reviews and service improvement activities. Making sure network operations follow agreed standards and processes. Oferujemy: Hybrid work model from Kraków.
