Opis stanowiska
Wymagania: - Experience in network support, NOC or WiFi/WLAN support. - Good understanding of network fundamentals, protocols and topologies. - Practical experience in troubleshooting wireless/network incidents. - Knowledge of Incident & Problem Management processes. - Familiarity with ITIL based operations. - Ability to work with technical teams, vendors and service providers. - Good communication skills and English for daily work. Mile widziane: - Experience with network monitoring tools. - Background in global IT operations. - Experience working in Agile/ITIL environments. Zakres obowiązków: - Handling and troubleshooting WiFi/WLAN incidents. - Cooperating with NOC, L2/L3 support, Incident Management and external providers. - Supporting global teams during major incidents and service outages. - Helping identify recurring network issues and reduce repeat failures. - Taking part in post incident reviews and service improvement activities. - Making sure network operations follow agreed standards and processes.
