You will also work with advanced virtualization technologies including VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V, contributing to high availability, disaster recovery strategies, and infrastructure modernization through automation and continuous improvement. Zakres obowiązków: Provide L3 leadership and support for Windows Server, Linux, and AIX environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security across data centers and cloud platforms Manage full server lifecycle activities including deployment, patching, upgrades, decommissioning, and migration of legacy systems Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V) including clustering, high availability, and performance tuning Drive server consolidation, capacity planning, automation, and SRE-aligned improvements Ensure compliance with SLAs, security governance, audit requirements, and remediation of findings Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including backup strategies and failover testing Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure delivery excellence Maintain accurate documentation, CMDB records, and operational runbooks Mentor L2 teams and manage escalation processes effectively Oferujemy: A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth Exposure to diverse technologies and global clients
