Zakres obowiązków: - Provide L3 leadership and support for Windows Server, Linux, and AIX environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security across data centers and cloud platforms - Manage full server lifecycle activities including deployment, patching, upgrades, decommissioning, and migration of legacy systems - Oversee and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V) including clustering, high availability, and performance tuning - Drive server consolidation, capacity planning, automation, and SRE-aligned improvements - Ensure compliance with SLAs, security governance, audit requirements, and remediation of findings - Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including backup strategies and failover testing - Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure delivery excellence - Maintain accurate documentation, CMDB records, and operational runbooks - Mentor L2 teams and manage escalation processes effectively Oferujemy: - A collaborative and supportive work environment - Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth - Exposure to diverse technologies and global clients
